Kirsty has been married to Neil for 15 years and they have two children, aged 7 and 10. They belong to City on a Hill Melbourne East, where Neil serves as the executive pastor and they enjoy running courses such as Building a Christ-Centred Marriage and How People Change. Kirsty works as a biblical counsellor at Melbourne East Christian Counselling Centre, having completed the Foundations of Biblical Counseling and Topics in Biblical Counselling certificate programs offered by the Christian Counselling Education Foundation (CCEF). She also has a passion for Restoration Groups and has valued serving alongside the Restore Ministries team in Toowoomba and Perth.
